Убрано toFixed(1) из buildTrafficFromSamples/mergeBuiltTraffic: округление отдельных слагаемых больше не теряет суммарный трафик. Учёт остаётся по known соседним counter deltas, reset/unknown не добавляют выдуманные bytes. Отсутствующий baseline и coverage gaps по-прежнему ограничивают полноту периода.
