Markus Theil fdd06d99ec botan: Make RNG types configurable 
This allows for usage of ESDM or jitterentropy as Botan RNG without
patching strongSwan.

René Fischer 4261fcedec botan: Use strongSwan's RNG interface in Botan plugin 
This allows using rng_t implementations provided by other plugins to
serve as RNG for Botan.

Closes strongswan/strongswan#192.
