testing: Remove nearly all sleep calls from pretest and posttest scripts
By consistently using the `expect-connection` helper we can avoid pretty
much all previously needed calls to sleep.

testing: Enable firewall for ikev2/compress scenario
Additionally, send a regular (small) ping as the kernel does not
compress small packets and handles those differently inbound.
