Legacy toggle оставлял multi-IP привязки с неполным пулом в невидимом preserved — UI терял домены и падал на дубликатах. Чиним hydrate и чиним БД при buildView.

При одном IP общий и доп. FQDN неотличимы по target_ips; после сохранения гидратация относила оба к общим доменам.

После объединения адресов в форме пропали per-IP поля. Weighted снова задаёт вес, failover — основной и запасной.

Таблица IP брала hysteresis unknown вместо последней пробы. Failover теперь показывает выход и возврат в пул, а не только DNS add.
