- Implemented a DELETE endpoint for removing speakers, including necessary authorization checks and response handling. - Added a handler for the delete operation in the HTTP API. - Created unit tests to verify the delete functionality, ensuring proper deletion and response codes. - Updated OpenAPI documentation to reflect the new delete speaker endpoint.

Разработка UI обязательно следует официальной документации shadcn-svelte и правилам репозитория .cursor/rules/web-shadcn.mdc: максимум нативных компонентов из registry, установка только через CLI в src/lib/ui/core/.

Из корня репозитория (обе проверки как в CI):
powershell -NoProfile -File scripts/lint-web.ps1
sh scripts/lint-web.sh
При падении lint: npx prettier --write . в каталоге web/, затем снова check + lint.
Добавление компонентов shadcn (из каталога web/):
npx shadcn-svelte@latest add <component> -y -o
